April minutes were not available.

Financial Report

We have $1,992.45 in checking and savings. We will have a deposit of $7,380. into checking tomorrow.

T.P is sponsoring two all Comers and paid his $600.00 tonight

Northwest Runner Report/Martin Rudow

• Update from the mailing late last year, Martin wished it had a better response, but this is something we need to do to try to get some of the past members and Northwest Runner subscribers to renew again.
• Club received a check for $6,100.00 from Martin a very good month.
• We print 6,000 copies of Northwest Runner with a goal of 8,000

Events/Pro-Motion/Brian Oster

• The 36^th Annual All Comers starts Wednesday May 26^th The May 26^th and June 9^th meets will be at Mountlake Terrace High School. All others will be at Edmonds District Stadium.
• We will only charge for athletes at the two Mountlake Terrace All Comers meets
• Eight all comers’ meets have been sold to sponsors.
• Club will have a full-page ad for the Firecracker 5000 in the July issue of Northwest Runner.

Executive Directors Report/Brad Barquist

• Club Northwest athletes have been competing in local and West Coast meets. Our hammer crew has been throwing well. Scott Boothby has met the Olympic standard.
• Mike Hill, Sarah Leonard, Bryan Burdo, Tony Young and others competed at the Ken Shannon Invitational this past Saturday May 8^th.
• The 2004 Seattle International Track and Field Classic will be held at Husky Stadium on Sunday June 20^th. The meet is coming along well. Entries are only being accepted online this year.
• There were no responses to the inquiry for help with the Thursday evening group run.

Continuing/New Business/Membership

• Still need to determine the best way to collect membership information. We may use the announcement cards that we already have and do a mailing to all current members.
• Chuck Bartlett has been working on our web site (www.cnw.org) and will continue to do so and receive some payment for doing so.
