Club Northwest  holds a social/low key meet and greet group run the second and fourth Saturdays the Club office out at Magnuson Park. That means this Saturday, and all ages and abilities are welcome. Doors to the office open at 9am and the run begins promptly at 9:30am.  Water, tea  and coffee are available. Reminder that Club NW also has group runs on Tuesdays beginning in February  at Road Runner Sports, which start at 6pm. all ages and abilities welcome. AND also on Thursdays at 6pm and Sundays at 8:00am from Super Jock 'n Jill. We encourage all members to come out and join the runs.
