All twelve meets in 2009 will again be at Shoreline District Stadium in north Seattle/ Shoreline. And – as usual – we will have hundreds of participants and tons of fun!

SHORELINE STADIUM - All meets in 2009 will be at Shoreline, NE 185th and 5th Avenue NE, in Shoreline, Washington.
VOLUNTEERS - Our meet series does not happen without volunteers. We need clerks,
fi eld event judges, timers, fi nish pickers, starters, announcers – everything!
If you can attend eight or more meets during the summer, we can even offer you a small stipend for your work. Contact us if you are interested in serving.
ENTRY PROCESS - All entries are day-of-event only. When you enter the stadium, look for signs leading to the Entry Desk. For fi eld events, you may go right to
the fi eld event area to sign in.
ENTRY FEES - Entry into Shoreline Stadium is by a single gate on the west side. Everyone but our regular offi cials will pay to enter. Our 2009 fees are $5 adults, $4 students, $3 youth, seniors, and CNW members, and $15 for a family
– parent(s) and related kid(s).
SEASON PASSES - Season passes are available from PayPal™ on our web site for $33 for adults, $25 for students, and $20 for CNW members. Group rates for large clubs are also available.
EVENTS DIVISIONS - Our kids events are for fun for ages 14-and-younger! We do not let kids use blocks, or use spiked shoes below the age of 10. We give ribbons
to all fi nishers of all kid’s events. All other participants compete in our open events, including high school and masters competitors.
IMPLEMENTS - We provide limited implements for throwing events. You may bring
your own. If you claim a record mark, the implement will be impounded until it can be certifi ed.
PRIZE MONEY - We will continue to offer season prize funds using age-graded tables. Prizes are 1st to 5th, $500, $400, $300, $200, and $100, for the five

THE WASHINGTON GAMES - Our July 22 meet will be a special event again this year! The meet will be the offi cial high school, open, and masters track & fi eld competition of the second Washington Games, with special medal awards and tee-shirts. Complete information will be on our web site by June 1. We will start
early that night and hold all events!
SPECIAL EVENTS - We will often mix special events into the evening’s time schedule. We reserve the right to change the time schedule to fi t them in as appropriate. Our plan is to have one hammer throw and steeplechase competition at West Seattle on July 22. We usually have an elite 10k in July as well.
