Our rough heat designations are:
Heat 1 9:00 Under 10:46
Heat 2 9:20 10:46-12:15
Heat 3 9:40 12:16-14:00
Heat 4 10:00 14:01-16:00
Heat 5 10:25 16:01-up
Please arrive in plenty of time to get signed in for your race! Remember our heats are designed to prevent an inordinate amount of lap counting. So please don't sign up for a heat in which you are not competitive!
